HAYES, ADDISON S. - Age, 20 yrs. Enlisted at Kingston,to serve 3 Yrs, and mustered in as private, Co. K, 09/14/1861; wounded in action in July, 1863, at Gettysburg, PA; discharged for disability, 07/15/1864; also borne as Hays.
