Born 2 October 1935 in Catskill, Greene County, NY. Died 31 October 1956 in Deerfield, Oneida County, New York.
Son of Hilda T (Stead) Roe, brother to Natalie. He drowned while trying to save his girlfriend (Jean M Oakley) son, Richard J Robinson ( ID# 161108932), who also drowned in Deerfield, NY. He is also the father to Kimberly "Kim" Roe, she was an infant when he drowned.
