*HART, Francis - Age, 38. Enlisted, at Troy to serve 3 yrs, and mustered in as private, Co. E, Oct. 5, 1861; wounded in action May 31, 1862, at Fair Oaks, Va; re-enlisted as a veteran, Dec. 25, 1863, again wounded in action, May 6, 1864, at the Wilderness, Va; transferred to Co. E, *65th Inf, Sept. 1, 1864; also borne as *HARTZ.
65th N.Y. Vol. Infantry:
HARTZ, Francis - Private, Co. E, 67th Inf; transferred to Co. E, this Regiment, Sept. 1, 1864; discharged for disability, June 12, 1865, at De Camp General Hospital, David's Island, N.Y. Harbor; veteran; also borne as HART.
